2022 Ford Escape

The 2022 Escape is available in four fun trims, so you're sure to find one that suits your style and budget. On the S trim, you'll notice a beautifully sculpted black grille with body-colored accents flanked by configurable daytime running lights. The S also features a body-colored rear spoiler and dual chrome exhaust tips. The SE announces its arrival with a chrome-accented black mesh grille and features chrome molding and silver skid plates.

The SEL adds heated side-view mirrors, halogen fog lights, and a power liftgate. The Titanium's liftgate has hands-free functionality, making it easy to load and organize cargo. If you want even more towing capacity, Ford offers a 250-horsepower, 2.0-liter EcoBoost that produces 280 pound-feet of torque. When paired with the Class II Trailer Tow Package, it enables the Escape to tow up to 3,500 pounds.

A hybrid powertrain featuring a 165-horsepower, 2.5-liter iVCT Atkinson cycle engine and an electric motor is also available. It generates 155 pound-feet of torque.

The 2022 Escape is built to perform. EcoBoost models come with an eight-speed automatic transmission, while Ford pairs the hybrid powertrain with an electronically controlled variable transmission.
